How does it work?

Ordering a transfer is simple and takes about 5 minutes. Through the website you pick the number of persons and the corresponding price:

Transfer 1-3 persons: €.55.00
Transfer 4-5 persons: €.65.00
Transfer 6-8 persons: €.75.00

After that, you enter the flight details and the address of your destination in Rome. Finally you provide your email address, your full name and a phone number.

After confirmation of your flight details, you pay a deposit of € 10.00 per transfer service, using your credit card or bank transfer. If you order a go and a return transfer, the amount to be paid is € 20.00. After your payment has been confirmed you will receive a voucher in your mailbox, which you will have to give to your driver in Rome. It is also possible to download this voucher directly from our website.

On the voucher you will find your travel details, the deposit and the remaining amount, as well as the information of our contact in Rome.

Procedure when you arrive:

A. You arrive at Ciampino airport (CIA) 

After picking up your luggage you walk through the small arrival hall of Ciampino airport. Our driver welcomes you with a sign with your surname on it just outside the exit, near the sliding doors. He brings you directly to your destination in Rome. 

B. You arrive at Fiumicino/Leonardo da Vinci airport (FCO) 

After picking up your luggage you normally arrive at Terminal 1 or 3. Our driver welcomes you with a sign with your surname on it at the so called 'Meeting Point'. This Meeting Point (literally called so) has been situated centrally at the Terminal concerned. 

The remaining costs of the transfer can be settled with our driver. In case of a return transfer you pay per ride,  therefore both at arrival and departure from Rome.

If your departure to Rome should be delayed for more than 20 minutes, we appreciate a phone call. For a delay of less than 20 minutes you do not have to call in advance.

In case your flight number, time of arrival, pick-up time in Rome or the number of persons have changed, it is important to communicate this in writing (by e-mail). Only for urgent matters, within less than 24 hours of your arrival or departure, contact by phone is necessary.

If your trip to Rome has been cancelled, please cancel your transfer as soon as possible. Your will receive a refund of 50% of your down payment.
